Welcome to the Dream.In.Code MIX 2011 Live Coverage page, provided by your admin and Microsoft Student Insider, Den Delimarsky (aka Core). This year is exciting for Microsoft - with Windows Phone 7 gaining momentum and consumer technologies like Kinect breaking sales records, new steps are taken to favor the consumer and the developer.
What to expect at MIX 2011? Here are just a few things I would think of:
- Some details on Windows 8
- Microsoft Tablet
- Kinect SDK
- Windows Phone 7 Update
Other than that, the conference will be filled with developers that came for the multitude of sessions that will be provided. The complete list of sessions is provided here.
Personally, I will try to attend more sessions related to Windows Phone 7, so expect more content related to that. Coding4Fun/Channel9 will be the place where I will try to be a lot to, so expect some goodies from their part of the conference. Pictures and a live podcast with Patrick Godwin to follow.
