I've actually had this for a long time, It's a really cute wallpaper. I typically use it for my HP laptop even though it's another 4:3 wallpaper.

It's got the colors of Microsoft ME and a whacky ! icon theme to the title background. This is actually the operating system that started the whole OS-Tan characterizations because someone likened Microsoft ME to the character in the wallpaper. I figured I might as well post about this one, I think they even sell an OS-Tan themed version of Windows 7 in Japan now because of this weird meme-like series of characters.

The following permissions for anything that is my original creation are given. Ownership

Credit
When giving me credit, please cite your source using a link back to the original material. If my work is used in a computer program, place this information in your readme file.
Images
Images of 'my works' such as screen shots, graphics, or any sort of 2-dimensional image (still or moving) can be used as long as you do not gain any profit.
