[JS] Interest Calculator

A small program I made for an assignment in one of my courses that calculates quarterly interest, given a principal and interest rate. I feel as though this isn't nearly as efficient as it could be. If you have any suggestions, I implore you to throw them out there.

-We aren't quite at the point in the course in which we script...

This is an old challenge I did to shake the rust off and get back to learning C#.

I'm not too concerned about any bugs at this point, because as I said, it's an old program I wrote and I don't really do much with C# anymore.
