The Pragmatic Bookshelf is having a mega sale this week on some of their select books.
If you're looking to diving into Ruby or Ruby on Rails you cannot go wrong with these books. I just bought myself: Agile Web Development With Rails for 14$! A steal!
Just thought I'd share with my fellow Ruby programmers on DIC (all 3 of you out there!)
Use the following coupon code for 40% off: RubyConf2012
These are the books on sale: http://pragprog.com/...tm_medium=email
Happy Coding!
WARNING: On Sale 10/31/2012 - 11/7/2012.

Ahh the Pragmatic Programmers Learn to Program (now out of print) was my first programming book and Ruby my first programming language. That's all the experience I have with the Pragmatic Bookshelf , but it was a good one, they laid out concepts in an easy to consume manner.
