The new Zune player is called Zune HD (http://zune.net/en-us/mp3players/zunehd/default.htm). Its main features include a touchscreen, HD radio, HD video output and a web browser. It is also known that it will have an accelerometer and an on-screen QWERTY keyboard. I would say that this will be the first serious competitor to the Apple's iPod Touch.
