It has been down for several hours and this is huge since over 200,000 people use them for e-commerce. Apparently there was a fire at their primary datacenter in Seattle. They setup a new Twitter account to keep us updated, and it looks like they have re-routed and got their back ups running. I think it's funny how people are reacting to this, it's not like they could help that the fire happened. I understand there are DR plans and all, but it also did happen on the worst weekend, they are closed today due to it being a holiday anime2.gif I'm just curious about how many billions of dollars will be lost today. What are your thoughts?
