I just found this great service, http://www.webcrimson.com
Check it out; it's an online content management system that makes things super-easy (like say, Blogger) to change but can work for a whole site! They offer deals to developers who use it for their clients. sweet.

I don't know why you would want to buy a CMS, if you can't make one, there are tons of free ones in PHP and ASP over at hotscripts.com that it's not even funny.

seriously, and do the free ones have WYSIWYG editing and support?

For professional web developers who have clueless clients (like mine), something like this would be a fantastic alternative to creating custom systems for each client. It's way cheaper and super easy to use.

For someone who is just doing their own site, sure, it wouldn't be worth it.

make sure i got this ::

i create the design, set up w/ web crimson, and then theyre program does all that that simply??

or is it from their templates.

if its my own design that would make my life so much easier, make a site, get the design up, give webcrimson to my client and there im done. it would be much easier on me for not having to help them learn how to upload and change things etc... and i wouldnt have to do it, not that i do anyways. i think its a good tool.

as far as I know, you can use it on any pre-existing site. I haven't read far enough into it. I just read a review which said it was great. :) Try out their demo.
