Here is a nice little tutorial request

I have been looking into wxWidgets and have liked it so far (making and modifying GUI elements seems to be pretty easy), but now I am trying to add hotkey events to the program without having any buttons or menues involved (I know you can add hotkeys through a file menu, such as CTRL+S (windows)) but I am wanting to have some way to add hotkeys without having to worry about the menu aspect of it (as that will ruin the flow of the app I am currently in the process of creating - It will be in the projects section as soon as I get a working first draft).

Short version:
A tutorial on how to add hotkeys to a wxRichTextCtrl would be great.

got the shell of the code together. Will document it all up tomorrow, or possibly later.

It's a rather crude looking UI with a few simple keyboard shortcuts. Nothing fancy, just 58 lines of code, mostly comments.

Keep the wxWidgets tutorial requests coming. I forgot how much I enjoyed writing these things.
