gixxerman03, you can get technology learning tutorials and not getting code for your homework etc. For that you can go to forums!!!

I need a tutorial on how to set up, use, and call classes. Everything I am finding uses all the technical terms... if I understood all that, I wouldn't need a tutorial for it.

I can make a class, but as far as using it, forget it. Makes no sense to me at all.

LAYOUT MANAGERS and GUI's(JFrames/JPanels/JComponents)!!!!

And different examples of each, not just the same old ones you find on every site. It took ALOT of time to learn them from scratch, and every tutorial site just has the same BorderLayout with 5 buttons, as well as the rest all made with buttons, which was of NO help in learning lol.

And also nesting different layouts within layouts, such as gridbaglayout within borderlayout, or the endless combinations that could be done once the need to arrange JLabels, JButtons, JPanels within these layouts arises. Could even use my layout like elementary teachers post A+'s on the blackboard hah. This is Definitely even missing out in my college CSE curriculum, for the book has their own examples, but nothing thats useful beside for those exact examples. Just an idea though....

I could really do with a tutorial on JDBC. But instead of the usual tutorials that run through the whole process in one class, i would find it of more help there was a Database Utilities class with all the connection methods, another class that creates the connection object, and a final PersonDAO class which gets this connection and uses it to execute a query. I dont find JDBC to bad, its the passing around of connection objects i find difficult.
