The Bad:First - lose the video in the bottom-right corner. I hate those things, and I'm betting your customers will too. They're just plain annoying. If you insist on keeping it, don't have it start playing by itself - make the user hit "start" or something... but seriously consider removing it altogether.
Your site
doesn't validate. Fix those errors.
If your users have JavaScript debugging enabled (like me!), you get bombarded with about 26 errors. Fix those... I don't even know what broke as a result of those errors.
On your top navigation, the mouseovers only work on the last two links - the others get no mouseover change. (On the interior pages, this seems to work... maybe your JavaScript errors broke it on the homepage?)
The Good:The colors are nice.
You have a number of call-to-action sections, which is probably giving you nice conversion rates. Nice job.
