How do you guys feel about the series? I personally like it. Though, on 4, I spend more time making characters than fighting. I think that's more fun. <3

I used to play Soul Calibur 2 a lot. Some kid beat me in a gaming store on the "demo unit". I think that's when my gray hair started to grow.

Have not played any since. I might check out four since you say that you can make characters. Is it for 360?

Soul Calibur on the dreamcast was, and still is the greatest fighting game of all time. I havent go around to SC4 yet, but i prob will eventually.

I really like the series though I think that the first on the Dreamcast was the greatest.

Never played 1 and 3. I have 2, and I heard Link was on there, so I'm bout to whip that out and find him. :\ I made a gay Link on 4. lol. I also made a sweet Zelda. 2 actually. Also, Squall, Quistis, Sephercloud (lol it's their love child), umm a black guy with numchucks, and my Sebastian. Lol.

I dislike 1 and 2. My brother was obsessed with 3, and I ended up enjoying the game somewhat.
But I strongly like Soul Calibur IV. Love the custom character creation, and the story/arcade is very entertaining.
