You know. I'm not sure why the topic was closed. We've had people from India fail miserably at speaking English in topics that weren't closed until they turned into flame warz. I did not see any such flame wars, and it states in the official rules that poor English is only subject to how people respond, such as "What?", "Huh?", and "Can you explain further?". These questions, including my "What?" are actually legitimate responses to cue the topic poster to try much harder at writing English so that we can understand what he wanted to do.

For example, even though I would make a valiant effort to write a post in Japanese in a forum, I would certainly feel disheartened if the topic was suddenly closed with just a:

あのう。。。　クローズド！！！

This is an opportunity for the topic poster to learn English and to try and convey what he wants to do. While his English skills are open to criticism, I also think the thread should have been open as well- of course unless it turns into a flame war.

the question is whether the reader can understand what is written and I guess it pretty much understandable
if any one think what I am talking now is flame please close the topic and even block me for the site I do not care but I write what I feel right
and you mentioned that people in india failed to talk in english
today my country is in the top list of english speaking people though they are non english
thats the reason other english speaking countries are making laws to restrict indians the reason anyone can imagine and feel
so hencefort just think twice before you talk
I am not taking any country name but for english speaking people you should search your surroundings first

Just to let you know. Creating a thread to ask why a topic was closed is not moral here at DIC. Your thread was closed for some reason, and guess what, you'll overcome it. It doesnt really matter if your thread was closed as you'll probably create many others that will become great threads. just think of this one as a thread not really needed. Anyway, threads will die eventually and no many people will care when its past the first page of posts. Just think of threads that will interest people, keep in mind that a lot of users are US.

I believe the reason that thread was closed was it appeared to be pointless. If you were looking to convey a serious discussion about what Google search topic do you feel yields the most results? then you probably should have posted the topic in one of the forums geared for more serious discussion such as the Corner Cubicle, Web Development or Student Campus section.

I also think the issue is more with your grammar than you English skills.
