How do I customize the PHPBB? I am using dreamweaver for my web design and I want to change a few things on the BB how do I go about doing that?

phpBB templates are located here phpbb_root_dir/templates/__template_name__

The names are pretty self explanatory.

I want to change the page name in the upper left hand of the screen. I dont want my forum to say PHPBB. I want my webpage name there. I also want to change the color of the tables from that blue to another color.

o yeah I also want to change the heading to the page. This seems really basic I know, but I cant figure it out for the life of me.
