Well after looking I didn't see that anyone had posted about this game.
I'm curious if anyone else here plays.

If you haven't heard of it before, I'm not surprised as Turbine isn't a huge studio and the people they partner with for distribution and publishing don't spend money on advertising *glares at midway and atari*.

I used to play this a lot but I quit about a year ago, had to because my school was suffering

I have a human champion I think around lvl 45.

One of my favorite MMO's, and maybe I will start again, some day.

I liked the simplicity of most of it but it still was a challenge to complete some of the instances.

I remember spending an entire day in Fornost, like 9 hours straight and still not being able to finnish it.

but one of the things that got me the most was the design.
you know in some games the layout of the landscape is just annoying with hills with a 5% slope you can't walk up etc. but lotro did not have that, it was very smooth and traveling was never a pain in the ass like in other mmo's *cough* WoW *cough*.
and the different landscapes all looked.. lord of the ringsy..
I know a lot of poeple complain about the graphics and it looking bad etc. but I loved it.

and the funny thing is I'm mostly PvP oriented in MMO's but in lotro I loved the PvE.
