Hi guys, if any of you are interested this site has a nice preview of VStudio 2010 and 4.0 Net Framework.

I think the IDE looks wonderful. Hopefully it doesn't take 5 hours to install like the previous versions. biggrin.gif

Been trying out the beta.
Good points
  • Good looking UI
  • Readable with modifying the color setting (Great for me)
  • Multi-Monitor Support. Drag a tag (say form designer) onto another monitor and the edit that form's code in the other.
Bad points
  • Unstable, it is a beta though.
  • Intellisense occasionally locks up for ages.
Any one else trying it.
I hope they do any express edition of it.

Of course you should expect some functional glitches in the Beta. What I see in Betas is the look of the program and some of the new features.

Adam, I'm an intermediate programmer so maybe some of the cooler things have slipped my mind. What advanced features are new, that you have noticed, in the new IDE.

Thanks. biggrin.gif
