It's the screen resolution.My screen is :1280 X 1024 (19"") and im styling my website to suit that.So i might try and do other things like test out on different types of screen resolutions and maybe, different operating systems.

It wouldn't be the operating system anyway. Just download Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and test your websites in those.
