First of all i'd like to say this is for volunteers and I cannot pay you.

at the moment is a simple text based stratagey game, which I hope can be made into a more graphical program.
It the game each country owns a number of territories, from these teritoies they can gain resouces, expand their armies or launch an attck to capture enemy lands.

What I need would be a groupe of people capabile of such a feat.....hopefully someone in here might be able to lend a hand. The language that will be used is C++.

ok so I just want to say i will help ya out, cuz well i think i can help you. I am pretty decent at C++ coding and making stuff work really nicely. If you would like my help email me or send me a message,, also if you want me to help i will need source code and to know where you would like me to start.

Aim
Aim of the game will be to achieve world domination or complete a serries of tasks / missions such as caputure 12 territories and destroy the Red player. If youve ever played the board game Risk you'll know what i mean

Units move around in containers called armies. These are what are used to take over neutral territories and the computers
If an army moves from one territory into another the program needs to recognise the diplomatic state of that teritory to the ary thats moving into it and responed accordingly.
The Units also need to be able to gain experieance and become more professional over time i.e their attack increases, his needs to be remembered by the program

And economic element based on the number of territories owned and whats in them ie the larger you Lumber Hut in one territory the more wood is extractable from it.
Possably a tech tree where you have to have this building before you can make this. i.e you need to have a seige workshop before you can make catapults or you need a Trading Post before you can build a Merchert

Diplomacy - Very basic for now/ not really thought about this much, states can either be / neutral, allied or at war

Combat system - Ive made a start on this but not sure what the final output will be for this. i.e if all units in an army fight individually against a randomly determined computer unit or if they all fight together. What would be really good and ideal would be to launch a simulation that makes '3D' world in 'Real Time' ?? but thats a long way off

Movement
around a map (eventually I wanted to move out of command window to a graphical one)

all the unit files, maps and buildings that will be in the game should be external of the program and read into it accordingly. Tis makes modifying the game entites easieras dont have to recomplie everytime you want to add anything.

If you have any ideas or want anything to be included just say i don't want it just to incude my ideas. I suppose one of the most important infuleces on the game will by the period / setting.

Fantsy
