How do I make a link for a downloadable pdf form from a flash site?

I have uploaded it into my site files.

So, if I have, for instance:
Click here to download pdf file. What would the link be?

You could do it to the .pdf file so the browser will open the file from which they can save it or fill it out or whatever. You could also make an application with PHP which will take a filename in the url as an argument and open the download dialog for that file. The first will be easier to do and probably better liked by your users.
