I am currently using Windows Vista. I received the Release Candidate for Windows 7 and was going to partition my D: drive to dual boot it on there. Once i partitioned my D: drive i realized that i didnt have enough memory on my D: drive to load Windows 7. (I know, bad planning on my part :-\) Anyway, Is there a way to combine the two partitions back together?

instead of doing all that why dont you try it in a virtualised thing first (i think it retains it settings and junk) and then see if you really want as OS's can be a pain in the arse to get rid of. if you have extra IDE or SATA ports just get a small HDD (20GB or so) and use that. especially if u use IDE coz those drives are real cheap now
