Want to start Flash Development, Where do I start?

I want to start developing in Flash and I'm looking for some suggestions on where to begin, such as software, books, references, web sites, anything that i can learn from.

I'm looking for the more cheaper route as far as software, or if there is something free out there that would be great.

There is free software out there, but it doesn't support the full Actionscript langauge, and is pretty buggy from what I have seen, so I would just suggest getting Flash.

As for tutorial sites, there are a few Flash tutorials here, I used
kirupa.com
and
actionscript.org

to learn.
