Well, first off I would suggest getting the blog skin to match that of the site (or vice versa) just to show everyone that they are connected by something more than a name.
Second, with the top nav of the site, when you go to the contacts, the arrow still shows you at home. This is the same for the about us page.
Third, I would change the uplodu gif image to a play once type of thing. I don't see the need for it repeating, and find it a little distracting from the rest of the site. (This can easily be accomplished through Flash, and probably other programs).
Other than that it looks to be coming along. Keep it up.
I have completely revamped the whole site - I had been working on this for some time, but finally got round to getting the new version live.
I feel the new blog layout is a great deal closer to the main site.
