firefox + flash, im having troubles

i didnt quite know where to post this, but i am having problems with firefox.
our school computers dont have the latest flash player installed and we dont have privileges to do it ourselfs and he is to stingy to do it.
is there an addon (with the .xpi extension) to install flash player?
it would be really good if someone could help me.

Why not just ask? If not, don't use Firefox. Chances are better off than proposed methods.

Some systems don't allow these forms of applications but it may work.

i fixed it.
i copied the contents from C:\WINDOWS\system32\macromed\flash
to the firefox plugins folder and it works good
