I am running Windows Vista, and I am using all the manufacturer recommended software, and I haven't even touched my hardware (except to put in an LPT port, but the problem predates that. Whenever I am in a Windows Vista Theme, especially in Aero, my display goes...funky. I get all these frames, like the monitor failed to repaint the display, whenever I move a window in any fashion, minimize or maximize, or even close. The Start menu seems to have similar problems, even with Autohide off. Is there any solution to this save biding my time until Windows 7 whilst singing Vista Blues? I can upload a video of this happening if you need me too.

Since when do you have this problem? Do you have it since you installed Windows Vista (or got it with the PC)?

Who makes your card? I had lots of problems with a eVGA card, problems disappeared when I bought an ASUS card.
