Finally, I am making my own portfolio site..

I seem to have come across a silly issue that is preventing me from moving on with the development process.
anyway, the problem is the "viewSite" button which is absolutely crucial for the future of the site.
Some claim that it is hard to see or find bla bla.. therefore, guys, I am turning to you to extract some fresh ideas from your clever minds smile.gif)

I`d like to get your feedback on the following:

1, is the site user-friendly ?
2, is the design appealing ?
3, what else would you want to see on it ? any extra features I may be overlooking ?

Cheers and hope to get some useful feedback

Maros

P.S: the site is still under development and some categories are yet to be tackled

The site doens't look too bad. I like some of the other things you have done a bit more (seen on your portfolio page) but it is pretty nice looking, a little minimalist for the color scheme, which maybe should be added to a bit.

Also, the home page is pretty bland, at first I thought I was still waiting for it to load (even though it was just at the home page).

Other than those little things (the home page and lack of color) I have no problem with the site. It looks good.

May want to check it with Safari compatibility. Here is a screenshot in the new safari 4.0 running os x 10.5.7

Thanks a lot for your comments, guys. Very helpful to me.

I`ve decided to ditch the old flash site and replace it with a simple, one-page html/css site which is available at http://marostakac.co.uk/

What do you think ?
