MS Proiect planning, Person-months & time I can work on it

New D.I.C Head Joined: 28 May, 2009 Posts: 32 My Contributions	Hi all, Have some of you experience with MS Project? I have made a calculation of person-months. I ‘ve put the actions with person-months in MS Project. I’ve filled in the time I can work on it. But projecttimebar ignore this. Did I need tot calculate by myself how many time I need if the action takes x person-months and if I can work 15h at one week on it? Or is there an option to do it?

How is it calculated? It doesn’t matter if I fill in that I work 1 hour per day or if I full in 5 hours per day?
