Cursor Trouble, How do I personalize my cursor

Here is a script that only works in IE6+ but it does accomplish what you want: http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/script...tomcursor.shtml I'm not aware of anything that will work for FireFox or Netscape... maybe something with a transparent flash movie?! Not sure though.
