I am wondering if someone could point me in the right direction? I am making a form with a drop down menu but dont want it to be the plain old IE style and wish to modify it.

Thanks

Hmm...that's a bit of a broad request...can you be a little more specific about what you'd like to accomplish?

Depending on what you want, you'll probably end up doing a little CSS, but like Amadeus said, that's to broad of a request... do you have an example, or an idea of what you want?

Yeah It is a bit vague. Here is a sample of the code and the form it produces.

CODE
<td><form action="bfvmapstat.php" method="post">
<p><strong>Search by Map</strong></p>
<p><strong>Please Select a Map</strong><p>
<select name="clan_name" size="2" >
<option value="Fall of Saigon" >Fall Of Saigon</option>
<option value="Ho_Chi_Minh_Trail" >Ho Chi Minh Trail</option>
<option value="Ho_Chi_Minh_Trail_alt" >Ho Chi Minh Trail alt</option>
// etc etc etc more options
</select>
<p><center><input type="submit" value="send"></center></p></td>
</form>

and below is what it displays.

But what I would like to do is have different scroll bar style and/or text as well.

I hope I have made my self clear smile.gif

Gosh ya know I totally missed this whole thread, so I apologize for my lateness...I may be way off base here with the following links but you may want to take a look at them, they have pretty clear instructions on how to alter stuff like that.

This one is the origional article:

Here's the same guy, more recent article on it though:

Hope this helps smile.gif
