Centering the content, while maximizing/minimizing

Does anyone know how can i center the CONTENT of the page in the form if someone maximize it or minimize it? i finished bulding my page but if i maximize the page everything get messed up (tables,pictures..text)

if you are using tables for the layout, you can make the table's width "100%". this will make the table resize when the browser's size is changed.
