Why don't you take a look around the forum, there are tons of resources for getting started in game development.

Reading the forum and doing some research is the best way to get help, in fact there's a few topics pinned at the top of this forum that might be of some help to you.

Well, I would first recommend that you study C++.

Once you've grasped the concepts and know the more advanced information, I would recommend you have a look at Irrlicht: http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/

Irrlicht is an extremely easy 3D Engine (with primitive collision detection).

For networked synchronizing, I can't really say. There are many great choices.

Just do a bit of researching and you'll find the right network library for you.

Just take it one step at a time and eventually you'll get there.
