Well...If a beginner has no previous knowledge about programming...but he is forced to learn C#...what is the best way or approach to succeed?

I used to take programming classes. First HTML and then before I was not even able to grasp the core concept of this, I was forced into learning Java starting with classes. I didn't get a really good grade because of class. But only C# language is available in the school I attend. And right now, I am self-studying for C++, and I learn the language the hard way. So How can I succeed in mastering the language of C#? Will it be possible for a newbie with no programming experience to start with C# as his or her first language of programming?

C# is quite possibly the best language you could learn initially.

There are a tonne of tutorials on the internet, I've created some video tutorials that start from the basics and will (eventually) work up to advanced stuff.

To learn any language follow my #1 startup rule: Set yourself a goal and work towards it. Your own goal, not a tutorial goal nor a goal that somebody else suggests - Something that you actually want to create and would feel proud for doing so. I'm not talking hello world, I'm on the scale of web browser (ofc an IE wrapper but still..).

There are plenty of tutorials here.

My recommendation would be starting with something easy. First of all you have to understand what is the program structure in C# and how it works. In this case do something very simple. There are many people who try to build a large-scale application with no experience, get stuck in the middle and abandon the idea of continuing learning that programming language. Start slow, with a very small application and see how far you can go from there.
