Well, I have never used TOAD. But I have had things crash on me. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program?
Or do you have something like System Restore or Norton GoBack to restore your system to a time when it was working?
Another thing I always suspect is a virus or malware, something of that nature. It couldn't hurt to do a virus scan even if that's not the problem.
Sorry if I can't help more. I just thought I'd offer a suggestion or two since I know how frustrating it is when nobody answers your question.
Unfortunately this is on my work PC and I was hoping i was just missing a setting or something. I don't have admin rights on my machine to add and remove programs. I would have to go through this long process to get it uninstalled and reinstalled, which I am hoping i can avoid.
Don't worry about not being able to help more! It was great of you to offer suggestions!
Thanks!
Once I find the solution I will post back in case someone else runs into this issue in the future.
