i am just wondering for people opinions of witch game engine is better for a "rts" game?
1.DBPro
2.Torque 3D with RTS Building Pack and RTS Environment Pack
3.NeoAxis Engine

I'm biased toward DB since it's what I started out with. There are many other graphics based engines and libraries available though. You might want to look into XNA (Windows/Zune/Xbox 360), OGRE (cross-platform), and OpenGL (cross-platform). XNA uses C#, but it is very easy to learn. OGRE is also easy to learn and uses C++.

Choosing an engine/library depends on what you are looking to get out of it. For example, if you want speed of development, choose an engine/library that you already know or one that is easy to learn and use. The second option does look like a good choice for your situation though, since it includes packages for your goal.
