Hi All,

I need help. I am new to looping. I am trying to write a looping statement that will loop through a [BegDate] and [EndDate] and see if we have availability.

This would be something like a hotel. Lets say the hotel has only 5 rooms. Customer 1. checks in on July 1 through July 3
Customer 2 checks in on July 2 through July 4

Is there a looping statement that will handle this and put out a message when the 5 rooms on gone for that day and maybe tell the operator what day is not available?

Thank you for all of your help. I am at a lost and my deadline is near....

Also, in what way would you keep track of the 5 rooms that you have available?

This is not a homework assignment; this is I would love to keep my job assignment.... wink2.gif

What SQL environment are you using; what is your table structure.

You have not supplied enough information.

I apologize for the lack if information, this is my first post.
I am trying to accomplish this with Access. No SQL. At the moment, my table structure resembles the "customer" one in the Access example.
