so if its illegal where should i install it and i think its unfair because student like me who want to use vb 6 could not make program because of illegal installing at home..

I think, could be wrong, that OP is wanting the PDW for 6 or 2k8 and neither is available for free download. You can however, purchase a legal licensed copy of 2k8 pro direct from MS and download it from them, or get it from your favorite discount site, or software store.

dude i can argue about 2k8 not beeng free now microsoft did release free .net vb i mean visual studio see microsoft site for info or this here http://www.dreamincode.net/forums/index.ph...=111574&hl= but... 6.0 not for free

Time and time again, someone wants a free copy of VB6. Its not happening. VB6 is no longer supported by Microsoft, so you cannot find a free and full copy of VB6.
