i just want to know from where should I start and is there any thing else expect php that I need to learn for this task

for web designing I only know php and html

so what else i need

i would recomend css and javascript and if you want users to see other posts without refreshing learn ajax

A bit of SQL would probably help, assuming that you'll be storing the comments in a database.

What is the big purpose of the script, to do the commenting or to parse the comments into documentation? smile.gif You should perhaps look into the Reflection API and perhaps also check out the phpDocumentor... If you are going to be reading PHP files as text and actually parse them you should do some research on parsing and file handling! smile.gif
