A virus? Are you sure? Sounds like you're doomed. It probably spread to your USB already and now it's going towards the processor and when it reaches it, your computer will become useless, that is if the computer doesn't catch fire during the time the virus passes through your RAM.

I would cut the power right now if I were you and unplug the mouse and printer, they might still be safe, check for blue dots on the back.

Now, if you already posted the problem in the right place, why did you have to post it again in the wrong place?

Besides, I think the "Access is denied" message is just a decoy, the real error message is below the picture.

lol "that's what she said"

don't tell me you clicked a link... *facepalm*

if you clicked an ad or a malicious link, hoping to win a million dollars, i think you kind of deserve that "virus"

did you try turning it off and on again?

My work blocks crap sites like imageshack because they are prone to.. spreading viruses. I guess you can wait a five or six hours.

Wow.. insult the crowd and then continue asking for help? I would say 13 years old... maybe 12 because of the lack of punctuation.

No antivirus is 100% effective.

It's Gloin, not Glame.. Oh no wait, now I get it.. That's not funny.. Also, I'm pretty sure it was Fox who started it, might have been KYA. But me, I'm innocent.
