Among new features we can see true HD full-screen playback, new bitmap API, live 720p+ HD smooth streaming, Search Engine Opimization (SEO) for RIA. The performance in the new version also was improved. Another interesting feature is the possibility to run Silverlight 3 application out-of-browser (place shortcuts for your favorite apps on the desktop of your PC or Mac to run them, for example).
