Expandable Menus -?-, Does Any One Know How to amke a EXPANDABLE MENU ??

Hey all, I Have been trying to firgure out how to make a EXPANDABLE MENU in a Web page But SO Far No luck. can any one HELP ME

Or> Possibly the same as the ones on THIS SIte? It has expandable menus.
Also www.dynamicdrive.com should have some scripts.
