More dedicated to your game? Possibly. Less of a life? Possibly. Better... no, not quite.
Anyway, achievements don't matter much to me. If its not going to be too much trouble - or take large amount of time - to unlock it.. sure, I'll grab it. But other then that, If I wouldn't do it anyway then I don't care. Just a number.

I'll agree that beat-em-ups (Street Fighter, Soul Cablier, etc) are better on a console, but most games are better on a PC I think. You get more control I feel.
As somebody who owns a 360 and a powerhouse computer, this statement is both belligerent and uninformed.

Oh when cranking up those graphics is that on the $900 dollar NVidia graphics card?
Actually, it's a $300 ATI 4870, and before that a $250 Nvidia 8800 GTX. Perhaps you don't have a clue?

Xbox 360's cost around $249.99
And the games don't have half the draw distance or anti-aliasing my computer does. Loading up Prototype, Assassin's Creed, Dead Space, etc shows the obvious difference. It's not like the 360 has bad graphics or anything.
Edit: Also, this topic isn't exactly a platform war. The 360 has obvious merits (I OWN ONE, FFS), but come on.

Sorry NeoTifa but a video game does not make you better than someone else
Also, I love games on my 360 far more than I do on my PC, that's a simple decision, and I'm running 2 NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX SLI cards and still prefer my 360.

Were they $2356235235 cards? ZOMGZOMG PWNED KTHXBYE. =p Consoles are also nice because you can relax on the couch with a controller instead of remaining at a keyboard and mouse in front of a monitor.
Neotifa, what are you going to do when L4D2 comes out? Then gabehabe has a chance to catch up!
