New to programming looking for guidance, IP video surveillance

New D.I.C Head Joined: 9 Sep, 2009 Posts: 1	Need guidance.... new to programming but I have experience in the IP video surveillance market and I am looking to take some courses to develop an application for video surveillance. Can anyone give me some guidance as to what I should start out taking that would be best suited for this industry?
