New D.I.C Head Joined: 7 Aug, 2009 Posts: 22	Hi, I have a combobox in employee form which makes dropdown menu showing the employees I want to filter this combobox to show the active employee only which means remove the resigned empoyees from the list the steps to connect the control (combobox ) to the ado I did it well and I think there is no neccessity to write a code in this case. thanks in advance

D.I.C Regular Joined: 13 Jul, 2009 Posts: 273 Thanked: 25 times My Contributions	Using the existing code you have, modify the SQL query to only return the records that are not marked as resigned. Since you are already returning the records of all employees, this should be a simple modification of the SQL. SQL tutorials are readily available in numerous places. Good Luck! AET
