I have eclipse setup for linux on my desktop..Please tell me the steps to install it
M new to ubuntu..I have installed jdk..

go into the command line and type
QUOTE

sudo apt-get install eclipse


Than it should be in your applications > development

I installed jdk not eclipse,i have downloaded eclipse setup and have it in my home directory,now i want tot know steps to install it..
