I have heard that the PLC's from Automation Direct are good. The graphic program is an application that is stored in the Touch screen AKA Panel View, and it communicated through dedicated IO that is setup in the both the PLC and Panel View. Depending on the PLC panel view combo you go with, it is more configuring than programming, and the programming that is done in the PLC is typically ladder logic.
