How could it became installer? (VB), Visual Basic

If so you need to use either Windows Installer 1.1, which can be downloaded from MS, or Inno (there is also the PDW that came with VB but it is outdated). OR Are you wanting your program to Shell, ShellExecute, ShellExecuteEx out other installation programs to make sure that the users OS has the required programs on their computer? Then your hint is the sentence before with caps and commas seperating those hints. Time to use your friends (yahoo, google, ask, answers, bing) to search on those hints. Good Luck

I don't know if this can be done for a VB program without any low level programming.
