New D.I.C Head Joined: 15 Mar, 2008 Posts: 22	My assignment is to write a sh script to manage an auto parts "database" in order to keep track of inventory. The script is to be menu driven. I know how to create a menu, but I am not sure about the rest. The "database" is to be kept in a separate txt file, and through the menu users will be able to add, delete, or edit parts of the txt file. What concepts could accomplish this? I am trying to get this done as soon as possible, so I have yet to study this in my class. A point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
