New D.I.C Head Joined: 26 May, 2008 Posts: 27	what I must follow from below 1) or 2) 1) start firewall Windows Firewall allow program through windows firewall Exceptions tick/untick 2) Step 1: On the Windows Vista-based computer, click Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. In the console tree, click Outbound Rules. Step 2: Then just follow the steps in adding the program you don’t want to access the internet or to give it full interrupted access. You must configure both Inbound and Outbound
