D.I.C Regular Joined: 21 Mar, 2009 Posts: 486 Thanked: 30 times My Contributions	Create an ODBC DSN and use the data form wizard (under add-ins>add-in manager) to generate a sample form form or 15 for you. You could also see http://www.connectionstrings.com Good Luck
