New D.I.C Head Joined: 4 Nov, 2009 Posts: 1	I am working on project in "EBGM for face recognition ", my questions are 1)Is it very big project for final year B.E...? 2)Is it possible to fully implement the algorithm in MATLAB...? 3)What will be the best suited database platform to use with matlab(for ex.. microsoft sql server 2005,microsoft access,oracle,ibm db2...etc)...? 4)Is visual c# better than matlab to implement this method...? If anybody working on this please contact me at oneneozero@gmail.com your help will be greatly appreciated..

(Belmont Elementary?) 2> what algorithm? did you write your own? hint hint... 3> I would write my own. I don't think this is a job for Excel... 4> yeah matlab sounds great, but that's good for the algorithms that you would use to understand the faces that you want to recognize. you still need a program to Capture those "faces" and a database that can store "faces" in a format that allows you to compare them. QUOTE If anybody working on this please contact me at The British soccer stadiums already have a system like this. they use it for spotting trouble makers "hooligans". Chances are, they won't help you, but if you have money they might set the system up for you for a price...
