i live in Algeria
so our university "FS Science technology" i study info 1st year
so the university has many website " coz they teach web development too"
i was asked to build a nice looking forum for the students .so i did
the director loves it so much .he decide to give money for the work
300$

Just my opinion, but a college/university should have their own website with a forum. Creating a forum on a free forum hosting service isn't really creating a good image for the university, but this is just my opinion. There are ads, that aren't even closely related to anything college. Also, the navigation isn't really intuitive, but once again, this is just my opinion.

ahh sorry i'm sorry i didn't mention that it was like a contest for the best university community on a free hosting so the winner get his own domain
the university liked my idea. so they gives me money to create the official website on a paid domain name
it means i manage the Entire university online community
the paid domain address in under construction wink2.gif

If you really want to create a forum why don't you try Drupal CMS or Joomla .These are the best and available for free in internet.I have also created a portal using Drupal 6.2 for my college's Linux users group.
