D.I.C Regular Joined: 27 Feb, 2009 Posts: 289 Thanked: 6 times Dream Kudos: 350 My Contributions	I've just prepurchased the Left 4 Dead 2 game, so I could practice for multiplayer, and so I could play the demo now. I was wondering what other people have played the demo and what your thoughts are on it. I thought it was very action oriented, and at time there are panic situations which are good.

D.I.C Head Joined: 14 Feb, 2009 Posts: 149 Thanked: 5 times My Contributions	It's pretty good, I have to turn all the graphics down to their lowest settings and resolution down to 640x480 to even be able to have a tolerable FPS... But I did like the new auto-shotgun and I think spitters could potentially the most dangerous thing, maybe more dangerous than a tank...(when used intelligently of course). All in all I'd say it's a success and I'll probably end up buying it. My only question is... how is Coach still alive when he is SO FAT?

They got some awesome deals. I got a video card from them last year for like ~$175. It was 1GB DDR3 with really high clock speeds. Awesome deal, imo.

I did notice some glitches though, like I would fully reload, and then after switching to my pistols, the primary weapon would be empty again. Hopefully stuff like that will be patched soon. Did anyone else notice the jukebox in the first level that you could press the use key on and it would play random zombie-themed music?

I played through the levels about 5 times, and have seen about 10 witches (machete to the face, surprising less effective than I would have thought) Only 1 tank though. I think they changed the way the specials are balanced

I thought it was just coincidence, but I played the demo about 6 times with my friend and it happened every single time. However, if you play it again in same go (aka, you don't die...) it doesn't work. and the demo is awesome. However, do not bile a witch. Instead, use the real sniper (the one with 30 rounds) to kill her. If I was just 5 further back I would have lived...

I hope they change her up a little bit by the finished product. And Hawkysu, wtf are you talking about? Also, the best way to kill a witch, actually, and sneak up behind her with an auto shotty all up in her personal space, and when she turns around to look at you all pissed like just fucking light her ass up (headshot that is).
